Change Readiness Gauge®
Change Readiness Gauge LogoThis change management tool is designed to assess an organization’s ability to accept and implement change. This assessment helps organizations and teams to understand and more effectively deal with their challenges as they approach change. Key outcomes of this assessment are to better align leadership and develop a shared understanding of change readiness.
Conflict Dynamics Profile® (CDP-360)
Conflict Dynamics Profile LogoThe CDP-360 is an assessment instrument dealing with conflict behaviors in the workplace. It provides a powerful way to improve self-awareness of what triggers conflict in individuals as well as how they respond to conflict. Based on these triggers and responses, the Conflict Dynamics Profile then provides practical approaches for improving behaviors that promote more effective workplace conflict resolution. The CDP-360 produces a complete “conflict profile” by providing feedback on:

  • What provokes an individual (Hot Buttons)
  • How that individual perceives the way s/he typically responds to conflict
  • How others view that individual responding to conflict
  • How the individual responds before, during and after conflict
  • Which responses to conflict have the potential to harm one’s position in a particular organization
Emotional & Social Competency Inventory (ESCI)™
Emotional Intelligence (EI) is what distinguishes outstanding leadership performance from average leaders.  This 360 degree feedback instrument is the most validated measure of EI on the market, and the ONLY one designed by Daniel Goleman, Richard Boyatzis and the Hay Group.  The ESCI will help you measure the 12 critical competencies that make up the domains of Self-Awareness, Self-Management, Social Awareness and Relationship Management.  This tool will enable leaders to develop plans to become “star performers” and create competitive advantage for the organization.
This 360-degree feedback assessment provides individuals with straightforward, practical feedback on 17 job-related skills essential for effectiveness in a managerial role. Skillscope’s simplicity – short survey and easy-to-read reports – makes it an ideal first step for organizations new to the 360-degree process.
