Assessment

Insight and Awareness:

During this phase, an assessment package will be available online for the Client to complete. This could include multi-rater instruments, such as 360 degree feedback, and other behavioral assessments. In addition, assessment gathering may involve a supplemental biographical form, interviews and/or review of past performance reviews.

Goal Setting and Action Planning:

The Client and Executive Coach will review the assessments to identify those development objectives and goals that will provide the greatest leverage to achieving leadership effectiveness. They will jointly create a development plan to identify the key behaviors to be changed to achieve those desired goals. The Executive Coach usually will spend one full day onsite with the Client for this phase.
