BP – Global Faculty, providing coaching and facilitation for senior/group-level leaders based in the U.S., Canada, Australia, Europe, Asia-Pac and the Middle East in the areas of change leadership, effective teamwork, strategic persuasion and conflict management.

Center for Creative Leadership® – Senior Faculty for the Global Custom Solutions Group – In this capacity, Don consulted with global clients to assess their organizational development needs, and then design and implement custom leadership development solutions.

JPMorgan Chase – Vice President, Development Director – Don created an executive management/leadership development function and led the efforts for leadership mentoring. In addition, he was responsible for managing a performance consulting group to support the JPMorgan Chase investment bank.
Don has contributed his leadership and expertise in the areas of organizational development, talent management, training and performance management for a variety of other well recognized companies including Nabisco, Sara Lee Corporation, E&J Gallo Winery, and Oscar Mayer Company.
