Steps Taken

Developed a multiphase process over a 6 month period that provided directors and managers with insight into their personal leadership strengths and areas for development. This program also targeted learning in the following business areas:

Engaging and developing talent

Launched 6 cohort programs throughout the U.S., with plans to expand globally.
