Organizational Challenge
A high end fashion retailer was undergoing a change initiative in how they service customers. This shift in vision for service would require key organizational leaders to be highly effective in aligning, engaging, communicating and implementing. The General Managers were identified as the key leadership role to drive the cultural change and “re-branding” of the retailer image which would increase sales per customer.
Steps Taken
Provided a “Change Leadership” workshop on how to transition to the new vision. A 5-day leadership development program targeted key leadership competencies and incorporated assessments, case studies and coaching skills development.
Leadership Outcomes
Successfully impacted 50 General Managers and 250 departmental supervisors.
